14 Day Anatolia Tour from Istanbul

Welcome to Istanbul, the city where Europe and Asia meet. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.

The rest of the day is free to relax after your flight. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a gentle walk near your hotel, try Turkish cuisine, or simply rest before the journey begins.

After breakfast, meet your guide and begin exploring the historic heart of Istanbul.

Your tour includes the ancient Hippodrome, once the social and sporting center of Byzantine Constantinople. Continue to the Blue Mosque, famous for its elegant domes, six minarets, and beautiful İznik tiles.

Visit Hagia Sophia, one of the world’s most important architectural landmarks, and explore the Basilica Cistern, an atmospheric underground water reservoir from the Byzantine period.

Later, continue to Topkapi Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans, where courtyards, treasury rooms, and imperial collections reveal the power and refinement of the Ottoman court.

End the day at the Grand Bazaar, a historic covered market filled with carpets, jewelry, ceramics, leather goods, spices, and traditional crafts.

Today’s guided tour focuses on the southern part of Cappadocia. Explore scenic valleys, rock-cut settlements, and panoramic viewpoints that reveal the region’s dramatic geology.

One of the highlights is Kaymaklı Underground City, an impressive ancient settlement built beneath the surface. Walk through tunnels, storage areas, kitchens, living spaces, and ventilation shafts while learning how people once used these underground systems for protection and survival.

The day also offers excellent opportunities for photography, short walks, and cultural insight into Cappadocia’s unique way of life.

Enjoy a free day in Cappadocia. You may choose to join an optional hot air balloon flight at sunrise, one of the most iconic experiences in Turkey.

In the evening, transfer for your overnight journey toward Kaş on the Mediterranean coast.

Today is yours to enjoy Kaş at your own pace. Relax by the sea, explore the old streets, join a boat trip, or take an optional sea kayaking tour around Kekova and the famous Sunken City.

Kaş is also known for diving, coastal walks, Lycian heritage, and beautiful sunset views. This leisure day gives you time to enjoy the Mediterranean side of the tour without a fixed schedule.

Enjoy another free day in Kaş. You may visit nearby beaches, see Lycian rock tombs, explore local shops, or take an optional excursion depending on the season.

This day is intentionally relaxed, allowing you to rest before continuing toward Fethiye, Pamukkale, and Ephesus.

After breakfast, travel by bus or private transfer to Fethiye, another beautiful destination on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast.

Built near the ancient city of Telmessos, Fethiye is surrounded by mountains, bays, beaches, and historical remains. After check-in, enjoy free time to explore the marina, old town, local market area, or seaside promenade.

Leave the coast behind and continue inland toward Pamukkale, one of Turkey’s most famous natural wonders.

Upon arrival, check into your hotel and rest before the next day’s visit.

Today, explore Pamukkale’s white terraces and the ancient city of Hierapolis with your guide.

Walk near the travertine pools, learn how thermal waters shaped this unique landscape, and discover the ruins of Hierapolis, including ancient streets, bath structures, tombs, and theatre remains.

After the tour, continue to the Ephesus region for your overnight stay. Depending on hotel arrangements, accommodation may be in Selçuk, Kuşadası, or a nearby area.
